Mission Control is designed to run locally. This policy explains what OrqPilot collects for purchases, license delivery, and support, and what stays on your machine.
Last updated: March 22, 2026
When you buy Mission Control, we collect the minimum information needed to complete the transaction and deliver your license.
Mission Control stores your OpenClaw connection settings and local operational data on your machine. Credentials are intended to stay local and the app communicates directly with your OpenClaw server.
Mission Control is not designed as a hosted analytics product. We do not run a cloud dashboard that mirrors your agent traffic.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. After a successful purchase, we use your checkout email to generate and deliver a license key and related support messages.
License emails are sent through our email provider so you can recover your purchase details later if needed.
If you contact support, we may receive the information you choose to send us, including diagnostics copied from the app, your checkout email, and screenshots or logs related to the issue.
We use that information only to respond to your request, recover orders, or troubleshoot Mission Control.
We share information only with service providers required to operate the purchase and support flow, such as Stripe for payments and our email provider for support and license delivery.
We do not sell your information or operate a third-party data marketplace.
We retain purchase and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide license recovery, refund handling, and customer support.
If you have privacy questions, contact support@orqpilot.com.
This policy is written for launch and may evolve as OrqPilot adds new products, account systems, or hosted services. If that happens, we will update this page with a new effective date.
