These terms govern your purchase and use of Mission Control, the desktop app published by OrqPilot.
Last updated: March 22, 2026
When you purchase Mission Control, OrqPilot grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the app according to the limits of the plan you purchased.
Each launch plan includes 1 year of updates from the purchase date. After that period, Mission Control continues to work, but new feature updates may require a renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Mission Control offers a 14-day refund window for launch purchases. To request a refund, contact support@orqpilot.com with your purchase email and order details.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because Mission Control currently uses offline license keys, refunds are handled as a support workflow rather than instant remote revocation.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of your own OpenClaw, OpenRouter, and infrastructure providers. You may not use Mission Control to violate the law, abuse third-party systems, or bypass provider restrictions.
Support is provided through support@orqpilot.com. To help us resolve issues quickly, include your diagnostics output, checkout email, and the exact error you encountered.
Mission Control is desktop software and may evolve over time. We may update features, pricing, and compatibility as the product matures. Significant changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
Mission Control is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OrqPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or that Mission Control will prevent every cost overrun, outage, or workflow failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrqPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of Mission Control. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license.
If you have questions about these terms, contact support@orqpilot.com.
These launch terms are intentionally straightforward. If OrqPilot later adds hosted services, team accounts, or other products, this page will expand to cover those offerings.
